Once a year we run an epic three day leadership camp in Byron Bay to celebrate our growing community of inspirational youth. By invitation young people across Australia and New Zealand come together for this adventure based, game changing experience.

We teach how to lead from the confidence and clarity they find from within.  All whilst having the time of their lives.

Get Real   facilitates these programs for organisations and schools with flexibility to blend these services with existing events.

The Leadership Programs

  • Annual 3 day adventure camp run by Get Real focusing on leadership training, real life skills, communication and  goal setting. Empowering teens with clear purpose and direction. Ages 12-19
  • Logistical and program delivery of school holiday activities, school camps and festival workshops for both Government & private youth organisations.
