Leadership Fasttrack Program
Our new Leadership Fasttrack Program is something we have been working on for quite some time. We wanted to create opportunity for our young people to experience exponential growth in only 12 months! We wanted this program to be fun, have a sense of community, and be accessible for all! This program has numerous inclusions and we cannot wait for our monthly mentoring circles together!
This program is open to all young people including first time clients, NDIS participants or young carers funded through the Carer Gateway.
Our next camp is in September, and we only have 2 places remaining so get in touch quickly if you are interested. Here’s both our upcoming event details and they can be combined or separately attended.

Get Real Staff Highlight Corner:
We are so excited to introduce the lovely Georgia Russell to our Get Real team! Georgia started with us this year as a Social Work Placement student and we fell so in love with her that we could not let her go after her 500 placement hours!
Georgia is now heading up our Support Planning and Programs teams as well as connecting with her own participants in one-on-one sessions.
Georgia will be one of your first points of contact as a new referral at Get Real in the one-on-one or camp programs and we know you’ll feel as supported as we do by her!

If you’re apart of our Instagram you would have been seeing the amazing videos created by coach Sandy her her lovely participant Bianca! Bianca loves all things singing, acting and being creative and we love to see how this translates into the videos she creates explaining all she learns at Get Real. Our Therapy Dog Angus has been undergoing lots of training to ensure he is the best support for his new clients. Our National Manager Kelsey works alongside Angus in our Dog Therapy Program and has been attending regular training sessions with Angus to get him ready for his role at Get Real!
Angus is now proficient at many skills and loves to show them off!
