Mental Health First Aid
Our certified Mental Health Aid of Australia facilitators offers a suite of early-intervention courses that increase mental health literacy and teach the practical skills needed to support someone experiencing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.

To help parents learn to identify early warning signs of mental health concerns and take steps to implement strategies to support the young people in their lives. Building confidence to open communication about mental health and the struggles that can occur when mental health concerns may be emerging. The two different certifications that we offer are:
Suitable for adults in workplaces, schools, and community settings to support other adults
Suitable for school staff, support workers, parents, and other adults to support young people
Mental Health First Aid accreditation is offered in blended face-to-face and online delivery, of groups sizes up to 22.
