My experience here has been great! I have really enjoyed it. It’s something new and I’m definitely coming back!! ☺ My process was my first and it was really intense. It covered something I thought wasn’t an issue anymore… but it obviously was. I’ve realised a lot about myself. There was a lot of self pity and self judgement and negativity towards myself and the way I think about myself it was SO surreal! I am truly inspired and will most definitely continue on forever and ever and ever! For sure!
